There are ten aluminum extrusion line to make the aluminum extrusion, capable of production can reach to 50 tons per day. So we have big So we have a strong capacity to produce a large number of orders. After aluminum extrusion the aluminum profile will be put in hard treatment container, make the aluminum profile hard enough according to customer’s requirement. When finish the hardness treatment, aluminum profile will be transferred to sandblasting line, there are two types of sand, small aluminum tube and aluminum profile use small sand, big aluminum profile use big sand. After sandblasting, the aluminum profile surface is very smooth and looks very well. The aluminum profile will be protected from oxidation. After sandblasting the aluminum profile will be hanged to aluminum anodizing frame, waiting for anodizing. The aluminum profile will be covered with anodizing film, and make color as the customer’s need. The anodizing film from 6 to 40um, there are seven color for customer to chose, silver, black, champagne, light golden, dark golden, light blue and dark blue. When finish anodizing, the aluminum profile will be cutting to small piece as customer’s requirement, we also make drilling, pushing,bending, welding if customer need. And we have LOGO printing and laser machine, can make customer LOGO on the product. Then the products will be packed in carton, tray, or tied with paper.
